However, the current "gold standard" for the detection of pathogenic microorganisms-the traditional microbial culture and identification method has the shortcomings of strong professionalism, cumbersome operation, long detection cycle, and lagging detection results. This is not only not conducive to the timely verification of the food safety management system. The effect of the implementation of control measures is also not conducive to the rapid corrective measures for potentially unsafe products. From the long-term development trend, rapid method is the inevitable trend of detecting pathogenic microorganisms.
